Have you ever had a great conversation with Microsoft Copilot and finally got the perfect response to your question only to lose track of it later? It can be extremely frustrating to scroll through past chats and try to recreate the same prompt from scratch over and over again…
An entry on Microsofts roadmap hints that things will get easier in the near future. With the upcoming Pinned Chats feature in Microsoft Copilot you will be able to pin chats for quick access from within the chat interface at a later time. This means that if you have a prompt you use often or a specific set of instructions, you can pin it and return to it whenever you need well, at least 15 of them. No more digging through old conversations or rewriting the same thing over and over again!

This feature has been available as a preview for a while, but has finally gotten a General Availablility rollout start in May 2025.
