I am so excited to share that I will be speaking at Microsoft Ignite Sweden 2024 in Stockholm on March 15th. This is such a big event, and I can’t wait to be part of it. My session is called “Revolutionise Your Organisation with AI: Cases and Strategies.” In simple terms, I’ll be talking about how businesses can use AI tools to work smarter, save time, and get better results.
One of the things I’ll focus on is Microsoft 365 Copilot. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s a tool that helps with things like organizing information, writing documents, and even summarizing meetings. It’s like having a helpful assistant that works with your data. But here’s the thing: for it to work its best, your data needs to be in good shape. That’s why I’ll also talk about why it’s so important to keep your data organized, clean, and secure.
I’ll share some simple ideas on how to make sure your data is ready for tools like Copilot. For example, moving important files to the cloud so they’re easy to find, getting rid of stuff you don’t need, and keeping the data you have safe. This isn’t just about technology, it is about being smart with the resources you already have.
Another part of my talk will be about how to actually use these tools in real life. I know it can be hard to introduce new ways of working, but I’ve seen how small changes can make a big difference. It’s about finding what works for your team and starting small. Maybe it’s helping someone summarize meetings faster or letting them save time on repetitive tasks so they can focus on more important work.
At the end of the day, this session is about helping people and businesses see what’s possible. AI tools aren’t just cool, they are useful, and they can change the way we work for the better.
